Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payments reserve delivery capacity or unlock digital processing. Eligibility depends on the product, completed work and written agreement.

Before work or processing starts
A cancellation request may be considered before delivery capacity is reserved, third-party cost is incurred, or digital processing begins. Approved refunds may exclude payment-provider and non-recoverable third-party fees where legally permitted.
Development engagements
Completed discovery, design, engineering, reviews, reserved capacity and accepted milestones are non-refundable. Unstarted future milestones are handled according to the signed proposal and documented work completed.
Digital audits and assessments
A paid audit or assessment is normally non-refundable once processing starts or results are generated. A duplicate charge or verified platform failure that prevents delivery will be investigated and corrected, rerun or refunded as appropriate.
How to request review
Email service@nanoneuron.ai with invoice number, payment reference, reason and supporting evidence. Requests should be submitted promptly. Acknowledgement is not approval; the applicable agreement, delivery records and payment status will be reviewed.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so the transaction and delivery record can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account suspension and recovery action where permitted.
