Terms of Service
Nanoneuron provides paid software development and paid digital products under written scope and payment terms.

Paid services
Quote requests and public information do not create a free-service obligation. Discovery, design, development, audits, remediation, hosting, support and governance work are paid unless a signed proposal expressly states otherwise.
Scope and acceptance
The signed proposal or order defines deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, schedule and fees. Material changes require written approval and may change cost or timing.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide lawful content, accurate information, timely access, feedback and approvals. The client confirms it has authority to provide submitted data, websites and systems for processing or assessment.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain with their existing owner. Custom deliverable ownership and licence rights follow the signed commercial agreement and become effective only after required payment.
Risk and liability
Audit and AI outputs are decision-support information, not legal, tax, financial or guaranteed security advice. Liability, warranties and service levels are limited by the applicable signed agreement and mandatory law.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Termination rights and handover obligations follow the written commercial agreement.
